Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what arrives at your door. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right. 
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. 
Return items must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unwashed and unused
• Show no signs of wear, soiling, or treatment
• Be in original condition with all packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
We do not charge a restocking fee.

Once your return is received at the return facility, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bloomezzo.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will take care of it promptly.

Each Bloomezzo tablecloth and napkin is hand block printed by skilled artisans in India using hand-carved wooden blocks. Natural variation in print placement, color depth, and block registration are inherent to the hand block print process. These characteristics are not defects and are not grounds for return. They are the mark of something genuinely made by hand.
